In general, though, you should keep on with 1-2 days per week of heavy lifting (big weights, low reps, good warm up pyramid) and incorporate early morning HIIT into your schedule. You can’t get away from the fact that you’re 21 stone and need to lose some of your bulk. I’m not that big (14st) but lost mine last year by running the 2 miles to work on an interval training regime (30sec fast, 30 sec recovery). Another good suggestion is to start doing big circuits with no rest periods. Try 15xBench, 15xDB row, 15xLunge and 15xcrunch with a moderate amount of weight as a single set WITH NO REST IN BETWEEN. If you’ve been lifting for a while, this will increase your metabolism and help burn off the fat. 2 of these sets with a minutes rest should kill you if youre doing it properly.

I’ve been flying RC airplanes since I was like 14 and I was thinking about how cool it would be to put a micro camera hooked up to a laptop and a very small lightweight pistol i.e. .22 Derringer in the plane. There’s no real practical use for this maybe small game hunting?? I suspect you’d have to “sight in” the pistol to the laptop camera and accuracy would probably be close to nil.
SO off to my question. Is this legal? Any thoughts of you own on this?
I am already very aware of the battle warships.

so i’m in 9th grade, and currently working on a civil war project. i was thinking about bringing in a drink that they drank during one of the battles, and this is what i came to.

so the 2 main ingredients that i’m concerned about are the yeast and the molasses. i know that yeast eats sugars (molasses) and produces biproducts such as CO2 and alcohol.
